If you would like to delete your account with AEW: Figure Fighters, please submit a support ticket through the button in the settings menu.
- Select the 'Settings' Gear Icon located in the top right of the screen when on the home screen menu.
- For best results with your report, scroll to the bottom of the settings menu and press the 'Copy Info' button to copy details about your account.
- Scroll down to the 'Links' Section.
- Press the 'Delete Account' button to open the support form.
- Fill in the relevant fields on the form.
- In the 'Description' text box, paste in your copied account details after the description of your issue.
- Press the 'Submit' button.
Please allow some time for us to process this request and delete your data. If you open the game after your data has been deleted, a new account will be created for you, and you will have to submit another request to have the new account deleted.
Please note that this will not delete your IMX Passport Account. You will need to file a separate request with ImmutableX. More information can be found here.
